Stay true to your standards and guidelines, not to who challenges you lot the least and edifies the very basis you lot walk on 6) Chargebacks and selective underwriting- you lot may really owe the money back to the company if you submit a policy that does non get issued due to health, fifty-fifty though sometimes the insured met the underwriting guidelines of the field guide you were issued.     There is no training and you are not payed for any of your fourth dimension spent working. This chore was advertised as salary but it is non! Committee simply. You have to pay for all you ain equipment and are not reimbursed for it. A LOT of cold calling. It is essentially a pyramid scheme.

    Poor training and poor leads. You will call clients that 50 other agents called the same month. Customers are aggravated and tell you to stop calling. The company nevertheless expects you to brand sales like that. They say the problem isn't the leads but you.
